I am a retired actuary with a passion for helping learners develop their mathematical understanding and confidence.
I believe that every learner can succeed in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy when they are taught in a way that matches their individual learning needs.
I provide one-on-one coaching for learners of all ability levels studying Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
Through individualized coaching, I can assist with:
- Building understanding of fundamental concepts
- Preparation for tests and examinations
- Support with assignments and coursework
- Addressing specific areas where a learner is experiencing difficulties
Before coaching begins, I meet with each learner to identify their strengths, challenges, and goals so that I can tailor my approach to their individual needs.
